Ready-to-ship items are shipped within 5 business days.

Shipping times for made-to-order items vary depending on product type. You can find detailed shipping timelines on every product page.

Ready-to-ship items are already made and will normally ship within 5 business days. A “Ready to Ship” note is listed underneath the “ADD TO CART” button on the product page.

Made-to-order items are created by hand once you place the order, which means they take a bit longer to get to you. An estimated ship date note is listed underneath the “ADD TO CART” button on the product page. Please note the dates listed are estimates and subject to change.

We offer free shipping on all United States orders.

All rugs ship free worldwide.

International shipping and express shipping charges vary by order.

Yes! All rugs ship free worldwide and international shipping options are available for all other products.

Express shipping options are available for ready-to-ship items. You can choose your shipping preference during checkout.

We use a combination of USPS, UPS, and DHL depending on the size of the product and shipping destination.

Return Policy – Updated December 2025

RUGS

  • Return requests must be submitted within 15 days of delivery.
  • Once approved, returns must be shipped within 7 days of approval.
  • Rugs must be unused and in original condition.
  • A 15% restocking fee applies to eligible returns.
  • Customers are responsible for all return packaging and shipping costs.

Once received and approved, refunds are processed within 7 days.

Jubi reserves the right to refuse returns that fall outside these timelines, arrive late, are improperly packaged, or show signs of use.

Custom rugs are final sale and not eligible for return.

 

RUG SAMPLES

  • Sample returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • Once initiated, samples must be shipped back within 7 days using the prepaid return label provided.
  • Samples must be returned in original condition and free of damage or excessive wear.

If a sample is not shipped back within the required timeframe, the $150 deposit may be retained.

Refunds are processed once the sample is received and approved.

Jubi reserves the right to retain deposits for samples that are returned late, damaged, or not returned.


KEY HOLDERS, BLANKETS, ART PRINTS

Key holders, blankets, and art prints can be returned within 30 days of item delivery.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

To start a return, you can access the return portal in your JUBI account.

Please note, some items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes custom items and sale items purchased at an additional sale-on-sale discount. Items not eligible for return will say so on the product page.
