The Problem Worth Solving
The rug and carpet industry sends over 2.4 million tons of product to landfills every year. Synthetic rugs made from petroleum-based plastics take decades to decompose and release microplastics and chemicals into soil and water as they break down. Most are replaced every 3 to 5 years and discarded without a second thought. This cycle of cheap production and disposable consumption is the norm. It doesn't have to be.
Our Approach
Made to Order
We don't manufacture inventory or speculate on demand. Every Jubi rug is made after it's ordered, eliminating overproduction and the dead stock that fills industry warehouses and eventually landfills.
Built to Last Decades
A synthetic rug lasts 3 to 5 years before it's replaced. A handmade wool rug lasts 50 or more. Durability isn't just a feature. It's the most effective form of sustainability there is. One rug that lasts a lifetime replaces ten that don't.
Natural Materials
Our rugs are made from New Zealand wool, a renewable fiber that biodegrades in months. Synthetic rugs are made from plastic and can take 40 years or more to decompose in a landfill. Wool gives back to the earth. Plastic doesn't.
At Jubi, sustainability meets style. Discover eco-friendly, non-toxic rugs made from 100% natural wool, thoughtfully crafted to elevate your space.
