Who qualifies for the Jubi Trade Program?

The program is open to qualified interior designers, architects, stylists, creative studios, and other design professionals.

What is the trade discount?

Trade members receive 20% off Jubi rugs with no minimum order.

Can I customize the size, shape, and color?

Yes. Jubi designs can be specified in exact dimensions and shapes, with 55 wool colors available in the Jubi Customizer and more than 3,000 available through the studio for a specific shade or match.

Can I order samples or strike-offs?

Yes. Wool colors, rug samples, and strike-offs are available to help confirm color and construction before production.

How long does a rug take?

Tufted rugs typically take 3–4 weeks; knotted and woven rugs typically take 6–7 weeks. Bespoke projects may require additional time for design development or sampling.

Can you ship directly to my client?

Yes. We can ship directly to your client, with free worldwide rug shipping and duties included.

Can I purchase tax-exempt?

Yes, qualifying orders can be placed tax-exempt once the appropriate resale documentation is on file.

Do you work on commercial and multi-rug projects?

Yes. Our studio works directly with design professionals on residential, hospitality, commercial, and multi-rug projects.
