When Will My Order Ship?
Most of our rugs are made to order. Hand-tufted styles ship within 3 weeks; all other techniques — including hand-knotted and hand-loomed — ship within 6 weeks. Ready-to-ship items typically go out within 1–3 business days.
How Do I Track My Order?
You can check your order status at any time on our order lookup page. Once your order ships, you'll also receive an email with a tracking number you can use to follow your package in transit.
Can I Cancel My Order?
You can request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing hello@shop-jubi.com. After that window, your item may already be in production or packed for shipment and cannot be canceled.
What Is Your Return Policy?
Return requests must be submitted within 15 days of delivery. Eligible returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and customers are responsible for return packaging and shipping costs. Rugs must be unused and in original condition. Custom rugs are not eligible for return. For full details, visit our Returns & Cancellations page.
How Can I Customize a Rug?
You can customize your rug's size, shape, colors, and technique. Use our online customizer to visualize your favorite designs in your preferred palette, or reach out to us directly to start a bespoke project. All custom rugs are handcrafted to order.
