When will my order ship?
Most Jubi rugs are made to order. Production takes 3–4 weeks for hand-tufted rugs and 6–7 weeks for hand-knotted, hand-loomed and hand-woven rugs, then your rug ships. Ready-to-ship rugs leave within 1–3 business days. Shipping is free worldwide, duties included.
How do I track my order?
Check your order status any time on the order tracking page. Once your rug ships, you’ll also receive an email with a tracking number.
Can I cancel my order?
You can request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing hello@shop-jubi.com. After that, your rug may already be in production or packed for shipment and can’t be canceled.
What is your return policy?
Return requests must be made within 15 days of delivery. Eligible returns carry a 15% restocking fee, and you cover return packaging and shipping. Rugs must be unused and in original condition. Customized and bespoke rugs are final sale. Full details on the Returns & Cancellations page.
How can I customize a rug?
Every Jubi design can be made in your size, shape, and palette. Use the Jubi Customizer to see a design in your colors. 55 colors are online, and more than 3,000 through the studio. Or start a commission for an original design or your own artwork.
