2x3 wool rugs in modern designs — hand-tufted and hand-loomed in premium New Zealand wool by master artisans in Bhadohi, India. The right format for entryways, powder rooms, bedside accents, and under a single chair. Every design available in custom sizes.

2x3 Rugs: The Entryway Accent

At 2 by 3 feet, a rug is a concentrated design statement. There's no expanse of floor to carry the eye — pattern, color, and texture do their work in a small frame, which means every design choice matters more at this scale than it would in a larger format. A graphic check, a bold color, a sculptural pile: all of these read more intensely in a 2x3 than they would in the same design at 8x10, where the room itself has room to absorb them.

The most common use is the entryway. A 2x3 placed just inside a door anchors the entry, introduces color and pattern at the moment of arrival, and does real design work in a space that often gets treated as transitional. The Solid Color Hand-Tufted Wool Rug at this size offers a clean, committed color statement. The Classic Color Block Hand-Tufted Wool Rug and Ridge Duo Hand-Tufted Wool Rug bring graphic pattern in a format the entry can carry without being overwhelmed.
