New Zealand wool is naturally stain-resistant and springs back underfoot — footprints and furniture marks lift rather than settling in. Care: Shedding is normal and will lessen over time. Vacuum regularly with the beater bar set to the highest setting. If loose ends appear, clip with scissors (do not pull). Rugs ordered in standard sizes and colorways as shown on our product pages are eligible for return within 15 days of delivery in original condition. Rugs ordered with any customization are final sale.

Will my rug look exactly like the photos?

Sizing a Runner for a Hallway or Kitchen

A runner asks for proportion before pattern. As a rule, leave a few inches of bare floor on each long side and at each end so the rug frames the space rather than covering it wall to wall, and let a hallway runner stop short of doorways so it does not bunch where doors swing.
