Tell us the design, the shape and the dimensions. For an irregular space, a floor plan, sketch or photo with measurements is enough to start. The studio replies within 1–2 business days with a quote.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can any Jubi design be made in a custom size?
Yes. Designs in the Jubi Customizer can be sized online, down to the inch. For any other Jubi design, send your size through the form above and the studio will confirm it with a quote.
Can rugs be made in any shape?
Yes. Rectangles, squares, rounds, ovals and runners are standard, and the studio also makes scalloped, arched, irregular and fully custom outlines. For an irregular space, send a floor plan, sketch or photo with measurements.
How large can a rug be made?
From small accent rugs to large-scale installations. For very large dimensions, the studio will recommend the construction that suits the size when it sends your quote.
How do I know what size I need?
Measure the length and width of the area you want the rug to cover. For an irregular space, a sketch or photo with measurements is enough to start. The Rug Size Guide covers standard room layouts.
Do custom sizes or shapes cost more?
Price is based on size and construction. Sizes in the Customizer are priced as you enter them. Unusual shapes and very large rugs are quoted by the studio before production.
How long does a custom size take?
Hand-tufted rugs are made in 3–4 weeks. Hand-knotted, hand-loomed and hand-woven rugs take 6–7 weeks. Shipping is free and takes about a week more. Very large rugs may take a little longer.
Can I return a custom size or shape rug?
Custom sizes and shapes are made for your order and are final sale. A rug swatch or The Jubi Wool Palette lets you check color and texture first. If your rug arrives damaged or not as ordered, the studio will put it right.
