Deep forest green sets a saturated backdrop for repeating sage stepped forms, arranged in a tight vertical grid that runs the full length of this hand-tufted wool runner. The contrast between the two greens keeps the pattern crisp and legible, with carved edges that give each shape clear definition. Plush New Zealand wool creates a tactile surface you can feel underfoot, softening the geometry while keeping it graphic and well suited to hallways and narrow spaces.

New Zealand wool is naturally stain-resistant and springs back underfoot — footprints and furniture marks lift rather than settling in. It also takes dye deeply, which is what gives the colors their depth. Some initial shedding is normal and settles within the first few weeks. Why New Zealand wool →

Care: Shedding is normal and will lessen over time. Vacuum regularly with the beater bar set to the highest setting. If loose ends appear, clip with scissors (do not pull). Rotate periodically for even wear. Blot spills with a clean, white cloth (do not rub). Professional cleaning only. See our rug care guide for more tips.

Shipping: Tufted rugs are handmade to order and typically take 2–3 weeks to produce and dispatch. Once shipped, delivery takes 3–5 business days via DHL Express. We offer complimentary worldwide shipping on all rugs.

Returns: Rugs may be returned within 15 days of delivery. A restocking fee may apply. Read our return policy for full details.

Choosing a Runner for a Hallway or Kitchen

A runner has one job: to lead the eye and the foot along a narrow path, and Gradino's repeating stepped L-shapes are made for it. The grid steps cleanly down the length, giving a hall or galley kitchen a sense of direction and steady rhythm, while the deep green and sage contrast keeps the floor graphic without overwhelming a tight space. Leave a few inches of floor on either side so the pattern reads as a deliberate band, and choose a length that stops short of doorways for the cleanest finish.

Hand-tufting holds the geometry crisp over that long run. Artisans in Bhadohi set New Zealand wool through a stretched foundation by hand, then shear and finish the surface so each L keeps its clean edge from end to end. Because the runner is made to order, the length is built to your exact corridor rather than cut from a standard size.

See more long, narrow options in our Runner Rugs collection. Every Jubi runner is made to order, so Gradino can be woven to the precise length your hallway needs.
