Yes! All of our rugs can be customized in size, color, and design. Use our Online Rug Customizer or reach out to us for tailored assistance with your custom order.

Rugs: You can return a rug within 5 days of receiving it. A 15% restocking fee applies, and you’ll need to cover packaging and return shipping costs. Rugs must be unused and in their original condition. Custom rugs are not eligible for return.

Blankets and Wall Art: Returnable within 15 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping, and items must be in their original condition.

Handmade Wall Hangings & Custom Orders: These are final sale and non-returnable unless damaged during shipping.
