When Will My Order Ship?

Most of our rugs are made to order and ship within 2–3 weeks. Certain techniques like hand-knotting or shag styles may take up to 4–6 weeks. Ready-to-ship items usually go out within 1–3 business days.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes! All rugs ship free worldwide. For our other products, international shipping is available for an added fee, and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Do You Offer Free or Expedited Shipping?

All rugs include free worldwide shipping. For other products, standard and expedited shipping options are available at checkout. International shipping rates for non-rug items vary based on location and will be displayed at checkout.

How Do I Track My Order?

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also log in to your account to view your order status at any time. If you don’t see the email, check your spam folder or reach out to us.

What If My Package Is Lost or Damaged?

If your package is marked as delivered but hasn't arrived, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us right away at hello@shop-jubi.com. We'll work with you to locate your order or send a replacement if needed.

What Couriers Do You Use?

We typically ship via UPS, FedEx, or DHL depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking details once your order ships, including which courier is handling your delivery.

What’s the Difference Between Ready to Ship and Made to Order?

Made-to-order rugs are handcrafted just for you after you place your order. They typically ship within 2–6 weeks depending on the technique. Ready-to-ship rugs are already made and usually ship within 1–3 business days.
