Ready-to-ship items are shipped within 5 business days.

Shipping times for made-to-order items vary depending on product type. You can find detailed shipping timelines on every product page.

Ready-to-ship items are already made and will normally ship within 5 business days. A “Ready to Ship” note is listed underneath the “ADD TO CART” button on the product page.

Made-to-order items are created by hand once you place the order, which means they take a bit longer to get to you. An estimated ship date note is listed underneath the “ADD TO CART” button on the product page. Please note the dates listed are estimates and subject to change.

We offer free shipping on all United States orders.

All rugs ship free worldwide.

International shipping and express shipping charges vary by order.

Yes! All rugs ship free worldwide and international shipping options are available for all other products.

Express shipping options are available for ready-to-ship items. You can choose your shipping preference during checkout.

We use a combination of USPS, UPS, and DHL depending on the size of the product and shipping destination.

Return Policy – Updated March 2024


If you need to return a rug, you can do so within 5 days of receiving it. Please note that there is a 15% restocking fee for eligible returns, and you will need to cover the cost of packaging and shipping the item back to us. To qualify for a return or exchange, the rug must be unused and in its original condition. Once we receive and approve your return, we'll process your reimbursement within 7 days.

JUBI reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the standards outlined above.

Custom rugs are not eligible for return.


Key holders, blankets, and art prints can be returned within 15 days of item delivery.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Please note, some items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes custom items and sale items purchased at an additional sale-on-sale discount. Items not eligible for return will say so on the product page.


Handmade wall hangings and custom orders are not eligible for return. If an item gets damaged during shipping, please reach out and we are happy to help.
