Can I modify an existing Jubi design?
Yes. Any design in our collection can be customized — change the size, shape, colorway, or technique. Use our online customizer to preview changes instantly, or contact our studio for modifications beyond what the tool offers.
What sizes and shapes can you make?
Any. From small accent rugs to oversized installations, there's no limit on dimensions. We regularly produce runners, rounds, ovals, and irregular shapes. Whatever your project requires, we can make it.
Can I request colors not shown in the online customizer?
Yes. The customizer features a curated selection of our most popular shades. We work with thousands of wool colors and can match to specific references, Pantone values, or material samples. Contact our studio to explore the full palette.
Can I see samples before committing?
Yes. We can send wool pom samples so you can review colors and textures in person before placing a custom order. Email hello@shop-jubi.com to request samples for your project.
How long does a custom order take?
It depends on the scope. Standard customizations from our collection — size, color, or shape changes — typically ship in 3–6 weeks. Fully bespoke projects with original designs, sampling, or design revisions vary based on complexity. Your project contact will confirm timelines once we understand your needs.
What does a studio consultation involve?
We start with your vision — reference images, dimensions, color direction, or a rough concept. Our team develops the design, recommends techniques and materials, and presents options for your approval before production begins. There's no cost or commitment for the initial consultation.
Is there a minimum order for custom rugs?
No. We produce custom rugs as single pieces. Whether you need one rug for your living room or twenty for a hospitality project, the process is the same.
What is the return policy on custom orders?
Custom orders — including modified sizes, colors, shapes, or fully bespoke designs — are final sale. We strongly recommend reviewing samples and approving design proofs before production begins.

The Online Customizer
The Jubi online customizer lets you configure any eligible rug in real time. Choose a design from the collection, select your size from standard dimensions or enter a custom measurement, and pick your colorway. The customizer shows you exactly what you'll receive before you order.
The customizer is the fastest path to a custom rug. No back-and-forth, no lead time for design consultation — just configure, confirm, and order. Production begins once your order is placed, and every piece is handwoven in premium New Zealand wool by master artisans in Bhadohi, India.
Best for: Custom sizing, color changes on existing designs, standard modifications to pieces you've already found in the collection.
Bespoke and Full-Service Projects
For projects that require something beyond the customizer's range, our bespoke rug service works directly with individuals, interior designers, and commercial clients to design and produce rugs that exist nowhere in the catalog.
Bespoke projects include: original design commissions developed with our studio, non-standard shapes (irregular, L-shaped, stair-specific, architectural cutouts), large-format commercial installations, logo and branded rugs for hospitality and commercial spaces, and any project where the brief is the starting point rather than a product already in the collection.
Best for: Original designs, unusual shapes, trade and commercial projects, anything that requires a direct conversation before a product can be defined.

What changes is the specification: the size, the color, the design, the shape. Within the customizer, those changes are configured online and priced automatically. Within bespoke, they're developed collaboratively between your brief and our studio.
