Tufted rugs ship in 2 to 3 weeks. Every rug is handmade to order.
What is the return policy?
Rugs ordered in standard sizes and colorways as shown on our product pages are eligible for return within 15 days of delivery in original condition. Rugs ordered with any customization are final sale.

Will my rug look exactly like the photos?
Every rug is handmade, so slight variations in color and texture are natural. Screen settings can also affect how colors appear. Order a sample to see the color and feel the wool in your space.

Hand-tufting is what gives the bands their relief. Artisans in Bhadohi set New Zealand wool through a backing by hand, then shear and carve the surface so each bar holds its own depth and texture against its neighbor. That dimensional quality is hard to reach in a flat weave, which is why the technique suits a design built on layered, climbing forms.
