Cream is a neutral rug in soft off-white wool with subtle tonal cloudiness moving through it, a warm rather than stark field that settles light across the floor. Designed in New York and hand-tufted in Bhadohi, India, it is made from plush 100% New Zealand wool with a 0.75 inch pile that gives the off-white a soft, cushioned surface underfoot. Care: Shedding is normal and will lessen over time. Vacuum regularly with the beater bar set to the highest setting. If loose ends appear, clip with scissors (do not pull). Shipping: Tufted rugs are handmade to order and typically take 2–3 weeks to produce and dispatch. Once shipped, delivery takes 3–5 business days via DHL Express. We offer complimentary worldwide shipping on all rugs.

Tufted rugs ship in 2 to 3 weeks. Every rug is handmade to order.

What is the return policy?

Rugs ordered in standard sizes and colorways as shown on our product pages are eligible for return within 15 days of delivery in original condition. Rugs ordered with any customization are final sale.

Will my rug look exactly like the photos?
