We photograph rugs in natural light to show true color and texture, but tones may vary with your lighting or screen. Each rug is handmade, so small variations are normal and add to the character of your piece. The design is proportionally scaled to your chosen dimensions.

Tufted rugs are made to order and typically ship within 2–3 weeks. Delivery takes an additional 5–7 business days. You’ll receive updates throughout the process.

Yes. The price you see is the final price you pay. We cover all import costs, so you’ll never receive an additional bill for tariffs or duties.

Rugs may be returned within 15 days of delivery with a 15% restocking fee. Custom rugs are non-returnable. Orders can be canceled only before production begins.
