How Do I Apply a Promo or Discount Code?
You can enter your promo or discount code during checkout on the payment page. Look for the “Discount code” field before completing your purchase. Only one code can be applied per order.
What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. You can also pay in installments using Shop Pay at checkout.
Where Do I Get Promo Codes?
We occasionally offer promo codes through our newsletter, product launches, or special events. Subscribe to stay in the loop, and follow us on Instagram for announcements.
My Promo Code Isn’t Working. What Should I Do?
Double-check that the code hasn’t expired and that it’s entered exactly as received. If it still isn’t working, contact us at hello@shop-jubi.com and we’ll be happy to help.
I Forgot to Apply My Discount Code—Can You Add It?
If your order was placed within the past 24 hours and the code is still valid, email us at hello@shop-jubi.com with your order number and we’ll do our best to apply it retroactively.
How Do Shop Pay Installments Work?
Shop Pay allows you to split your purchase into 4 interest-free payments or monthly installments. Just select “Shop Pay” at checkout and follow the prompts to apply. Approval and terms are handled by Shop Pay and their payment partners.
How Do I Update My Billing Information?
If you've already placed an order and need to change your billing details, contact us as soon as possible. For future purchases, you can update your info during checkout or by logging into your Shop Pay account.
Will Tariffs Affect My Order?
We are actively monitoring international tariff regulations as they evolve. Import duties or taxes may apply depending on your location, and these are the responsibility of the buyer. They are not included in our product pricing and will be assessed by your country’s customs authority if applicable.
