Vacuum regularly using low suction to protect the fibers. Blot spills immediately with a clean, damp cloth–avoid rubbing. For deep cleaning or tough stains, we recommend professional rug care.

Rugs ship rolled, so slight creasing is normal. The fibers will naturally relax over time. To speed up the process, you can gently lay the rug upside down for a day or place books on any raised edges.

This hand-tufted rug is made to order. Your rug will ship within 2 to 3 weeks of your order date. Delivery takes an additional 5 to 7 business days. We offer complimentary worldwide shipping and will keep you updated throughout the process.

Rugs can be returned within 15 days of delivery with a 15% restocking fee.

Custom rugs are not eligible for return.
