How long does shipping take?
Tufted rugs ship in 2 to 3 weeks. Knotted and woven rugs in 5 to 6 weeks. Every rug is handmade to order.

Rugs ordered in standard sizes and colorways as shown on our product pages are eligible for return within 15 days of delivery in original condition. Rugs ordered with any customization are final sale.

Oversized Rugs: Room-Scale Pieces for Spaces Standard Retail Doesn't Serve
The word "oversized" describes a retail category, not a design one. These are not rugs that are too large for most rooms — they are rugs sized for rooms that most retailers can't serve. A great room in a larger home where the seating group spans 12 feet across and the room runs 20 feet deep. A grand dining room with a table that seats 14. A primary bedroom suite where the rug extends from the foot of the king bed through a sitting area to a fireplace wall. A commercial lobby or hospitality space where a single room-scale piece is the most coherent floor solution.
For all of these spaces, the standard retail ceiling of 9x12 is the wrong stopping point. Jubi's made-to-order model means large-format pieces are produced in response to an actual specification — not pulled from warehouse inventory — which means the design doesn't have to be compromised to make the size work. The same designs available at 8x10 are available at 12x15 and beyond.
What Counts as Oversized
For practical purposes, the oversized category begins at 10x14 — the size at which most retailers' catalogs end and made-to-order production becomes the only reliable path. From 10x14 through 10x15, the rug is large but still within the range that Jubi produces as a standard size in all designs. From 12x12 through 12x18, production is entirely to order and the construction choice — hand-knotted versus hand-tufted — matters more than at smaller sizes, both for the result and for the production time involved. For dimensions beyond the standard range, or for any project where the brief goes beyond a simple size specification, the bespoke service works directly from the project requirements.
Construction at Oversized Scale
A hand-knotted rug at 12x15 represents a substantial investment of artisan time — the knot count across that surface is in the millions, tied individually by hand. The result is the most durable and visually precise surface available, and it holds that quality for decades under the demanding use a primary room piece at this scale receives. Hand-tufted construction at oversized scale produces a plush, dimensional surface with strong design range and somewhat shorter production time. Both constructions are available at all large-format sizes; the choice depends on the room's demands and the buyer's priorities.
