When Will My Order Ship?
Most of our rugs are made to order. Hand-tufted styles ship within 3 weeks; all other techniques — including hand-knotted and hand-loomed — ship within 6 weeks. Ready-to-ship items usually go out within 1-3 business days. You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order is on its way.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes. All rugs ship free worldwide. For our other products, international shipping is available at an added fee; rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Will I Be Charged Extra Duties or Tariffs?
No. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay. We cover all import duties and tariffs ourselves — you will never receive an additional bill at delivery.
Do You Offer Free or Expedited Shipping?
All rugs include free worldwide shipping. For other products, standard and expedited options are available at checkout. International shipping rates for non-rug items vary by location and will be displayed before you complete your order.
How Do I Track My Order?
You can check your order status at any time on our order lookup page. Once your order ships, you'll also receive an email with a tracking number you can use to follow your package in transit. Feel free to reach out to us at hello@shop-jubi.com any time.
What If My Package Is Lost or Damaged?
If your package is marked as delivered but hasn't arrived, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us right away at hello@shop-jubi.com. We'll work with you to locate your order or send a replacement as needed.
What Couriers Do You Use?
We typically ship via UPS, FedEx, or DHL depending on your location. You'll receive tracking details once your order ships, including which courier is handling your delivery.
What's the Difference Between Ready to Ship and Made to Order?
Made-to-order rugs are handcrafted specifically for you after your order is placed. Hand-tufted styles ship within 3 weeks; all other techniques ship within 6 weeks. Ready-to-ship rugs are already finished and typically ship within 1–3 business days.
