Customizable Gridline Hand-Knotted Wool Rug

Choose the ground and the line color, and Gridline becomes your own geometric rug: a grid drawn by hand, its lines wandering and shifting in weight, its cells a little different from one another, hand-knotted in whatever two colors you set. Black on green and black on rust are the two pairings drawn so far; the customizer opens the same drawing to any ground and any line, from a pale line on a dark field to two tones that read as texture. Designed in New York and hand-knotted to order in our Bhadohi studio in India. It is made from 100% New Zealand wool with a 0.5 inch pile, low and dense, so the drawn edges hold and the surface takes daily traffic without matting. Made to order in any size and any color, with 55 colors curated for online customization and more than 3,000 available through the studio. For a design from a blank sheet, the studio also takes bespoke commissions. Production runs 5 to 6 weeks, and shipping is free worldwide, duties included.
