We photograph all rugs in natural light to capture true color and texture, though tones may appear slightly different depending on your screen or lighting at home. Every Jubi rug is handmade, so subtle variations in pattern, texture, or size (up to 0.5") are part of the artisanal process. Each design is proportionally scaled to your chosen dimensions, ensuring it looks balanced and beautiful in any size.
All wool rugs shed slightly at first, especially tufted and shag styles. Shedding will decrease with regular vacuuming and use — this is normal and doesn’t affect quality or lifespan. Vacuum regularly on low suction, blot spills immediately with a clean, damp cloth, and avoid rubbing. For deep cleaning or tough stains, we recommend professional care.
