Cute rug! I ordered the 4 ft size. Order was placed on 10/3/24 and delivered on 10/28/24 (from India to GA, USA). It was wrapped really tightly while rolled up, but it’s flattening out pretty well. Note the picture is from right after opening the package, so there are a few pieces of lint here and there, but vacuum should clean it up easily. Very happy with it, thanks!

All Jubi rugs are made to order. Production typically takes 4-5 weeks for hand-woven rugs, followed by 5–7 days for shipping. You’ll receive updates at every step of the process.
Our rugs are returnable within 5 days of delivery, subject to a 15% restocking fee. Custom orders, however, are non-returnable. Please review our full Return Policy for details.
