All Jubi rugs are made to order. Production typically takes 4–5 weeks for hand-knotted rugs, followed by 5–7 days for shipping. You’ll receive updates at every step of the process.

Our rugs are returnable within 5 days of delivery, subject to a 15% restocking fee. Custom orders, however, are non-returnable. Please review our full Return Policy for details.
