We photograph all rugs in natural light and from multiple angles to show true color and texture. While color can appear slightly different depending on your screen or the lighting in your space, we do our best to capture those variations.
Because each rug is handmade, subtle differences in pattern, texture, or size (up to 0.5") are normal — and part of what makes yours truly one of a kind. The design will also be proportionally scaled to your selected size to ensure it looks balanced and beautiful in any dimension.

All Jubi rugs are made to order. Production typically takes 2–3 weeks for tufted rugs, followed by 5–7 days for shipping. You’ll receive updates at every step of the process.
Our rugs are returnable within 5 days of delivery, subject to a 15% restocking fee. Custom orders, however, are non-returnable. Please review our full Return Policy for details.

To maintain your tufted wool rug, vacuum it weekly using low suction to protect the fibers. For spills, blot immediately with a clean, damp cloth—avoid rubbing. For deeper cleaning or tough stains, professional cleaning is recommended. For more tips, visit our Rug Care Guide.
To flatten your rug, simply unroll it and let it rest for a few days. For stubborn creases, try placing a heavy object, like books, on the edges or using a steamer at a low setting to relax the fibers.

Our neutral sofa needed a pop of color, and our living room has a tropical + abstract theme going, so this blanket is a perfect fit for us. Husband and I are very pleased we ordered this. Colors and quality are as described in the ad. I haven't yet laundered the blanket, so no telling whether the tassles will bunch up after washing.

Cute rug! I ordered the 4 ft size. Order was placed on 10/3/24 and delivered on 10/28/24 (from India to GA, USA). It was wrapped really tightly while rolled up, but it’s flattening out pretty well. Note the picture is from right after opening the package, so there are a few pieces of lint here and there, but vacuum should clean it up easily. Very happy with it, thanks!

The rug is of good quality and color and matches the pictures on the seller’s site. All smooth and lovely. However. I received my 9’ x 12’ rug custom made in India and I t arrived about four days later than I was originally told but understandable. It was folded in half length wise and folded again in half. Then folded into eighths in the other direction. It had arrived wrapped many many times so it was tightly wrapped on its two week journey from India. The DHL guy delivered it in a heavy bundle that measured approximately 3’ x 4’. There are so many fold lines and creases that it’s taken me over 45 minutes to steam a 2’ x 12’ area with a damp white towel and hot iron over these folds and creases. If I’d known that I would have to do this to flatten out this rug, I would not have purchased it.
