Terracotta, gold, rust, and deep brown blocks form a mosaic within an arched outline. Carved channels separate each panel, catching light and emphasizing the geometry. The result is a wool rug that feels both architectural and grounded in warm earth tones.

Placing an Arch-Top Tile Rug

An arch-top tile rug behaves differently from a four-cornered one. The rounded crown gives the piece a clear top and bottom, so Sunset Mosaic wants to be read in one direction, set against a wall, a headboard, or the line of an entry rather than floated in the middle of an open floor. That orientation makes it an architectural gesture, echoing a window or a doorway while the block collage of peach, ochre, brick, and burgundy supplies the color.

The shape also concentrates the pattern. Because the field narrows toward the curve, the warm earth tones stack and layer as they climb, which draws the eye upward and makes a small footprint feel composed and deliberate.

Hand-tufting carries the form cleanly through the curve. Artisans set New Zealand wool through a stretched canvas by hand, then shear and comb the surface so ribbed and smooth panels alternate right to the arched edge. See more shaped pieces in our Round Rugs and Square Rugs collections. Every Jubi rug is made to order, so the arch can be sized to your space.
