When will my rug ship?

Tufted rugs ship in 2 to 3 weeks. Every rug is handmade to order.

What is the return policy?

Rugs ordered in standard sizes and colorways as shown on our product pages are eligible for return within 15 days of delivery in original condition. Rugs ordered with any customization are final sale.

Are shipping and duties included?

Yes. All rugs ship free worldwide with all duties and tariffs included.

Will my rug look exactly like the photos?

Every rug is handmade, so slight variations in color and texture are natural. Screen settings can also affect how colors appear. If accuracy matters, request a swatch before ordering

How a Diamond Rug Shapes a Room

A diamond rug works on a room differently from a standard rectangle. Where a rectangle settles into the architecture, Inclinato's tilted rounded diamond pulls the eye toward its center and points, drawing focus inward and lending an otherwise square layout a sense of movement. Set it on the diagonal under a coffee table and the leaning form lines up with the room's sightlines rather than its walls, or float it in an entry where the bold framing border can do the work of defining the space.

Hand-tufting is what lets the frame carry that weight. Working from the back of a stretched canvas, artisans set New Zealand wool through the foundation by hand, then shear and carve the surface so the border stands slightly proud of the inner field. That low relief is hard to reach in a flat weave, which is why the technique suits a design that depends on a crisp boundary between frame and center.
