What is the return policy?

Rugs ordered in standard sizes and colorways as shown on our product pages are eligible for return within 15 days of delivery in original condition. Rugs ordered with any customization are final sale.

Will my rug look exactly like the photos?

Every rug is handmade, so slight variations in color and texture are natural. Screen settings can also affect how colors appear. If accuracy matters, request a swatch before ordering

A scalloped rug like Zen Garden leans on its outline as much as its surface. The rounded, rippling edges soften the corners of a space and pull the eye toward the center, which makes the rug feel like a settled anchor rather than a hard frame on the floor. Hand-tufting is what gives those rings their depth.
