New Zealand wool is naturally stain-resistant and springs back underfoot — footprints and furniture marks lift rather than settling in. Care: Shedding is normal and will lessen over time. Vacuum regularly with the beater bar set to the highest setting. If loose ends appear, clip with scissors (do not pull). Rotate periodically for even wear. Blot spills with a clean, white cloth (do not rub). Professional cleaning only. See our rug care guide for more tips.

Shipping: Tufted rugs are handmade to order and typically take 2–3 weeks to produce and dispatch. Once shipped, delivery takes 3–5 business days via DHL Express. We offer complimentary worldwide shipping on all rugs.

Yes. Every design is available in custom sizes and a curated range of wool colorways through our online customizer, or contact our studio for exact dimensions and access to over 1,200 wool colors.

When will my rug ship?

Tufted rugs ship in 2 to 3 weeks. Every rug is handmade to order.

What is the return policy?

Rugs ordered in standard sizes and colorways as shown on our product pages are eligible for return within 15 days of delivery in original condition. Rugs ordered with any customization are final sale.

Are shipping and duties included?

Yes. All rugs ship free worldwide with all duties and tariffs included.

Will my rug look exactly like the photos?

Every rug is handmade, so slight variations in color and texture are natural. Screen settings can also affect how colors appear. Order a sample to see the color and feel the wool in your space.

How a Striped Rug Shapes a Room

A striped rug does quiet structural work that a solid one cannot. The bands of Multicolor Stripe pull the eye along their length, so laid one way they stretch a narrow room and laid the other they widen it, which makes the rug a useful tool in entryways, galley kitchens, and long open-plan spaces. The cream ground keeps things calm while the speckled confetti stripes add just enough color to tie in with toys, art, or upholstery without dictating a scheme, so the rug layers easily over wood, tile, or a flat sisal base.

Hand-tufting is what gives these stripes their soft, shaggy depth. Working from the back of a stretched canvas, artisans in Bhadohi set New Zealand wool through the foundation by hand, then shear the surface so each band stands up plush and full underfoot. That cushioned pile is also what lets the specks of color sit loosely within the stripes, scattered rather than printed.
