Two sides run straight and meet at a clean right angle. The other two roll outward in deep scallops, and that asymmetry is the whole idea: a scalloped rug drawn to sit where two walls meet, the straight edges flush to the architecture while the curved ones spill into the room. It comes in two colorways, Teal and Blue, each setting a deep field against a lighter band that traces the scalloped edge and undulates along its inner line as well. Designed in New York and hand-tufted in Bhadohi, India, it is made from plush 100% New Zealand wool with a 0.75 inch pile that gives the carved edge its soft, dimensional definition. Made to order in any size and any of over 1,200 wool colors, so it can be sized to the corner you actually have. Each piece is ready in 2 to 3 weeks and ships free worldwide, duties included.

Care: Shedding is normal and will lessen over time. Vacuum regularly with the beater bar set to the highest setting. If loose ends appear, clip with scissors (do not pull). When will my rug ship?

Tufted rugs ship in 2 to 3 weeks. Every rug is handmade to order.

What is the return policy?

Rugs ordered in standard sizes and colorways as shown on our product pages are eligible for return within 15 days of delivery in original condition. Rugs ordered with any customization are final sale.

Will my rug look exactly like the photos?

Every rug is handmade, so slight variations in color and texture are natural. Screen settings can also affect how colors appear. Order a sample to see the color and feel the wool in your space.

Where a Scalloped Rug Earns Its Corner

Corners are the part of a room that furniture never quite resolves. Push a rectangle into one and it leaves hard edges facing the floor, usually overhanging on a side with nowhere to go, which is why so many corners end up holding a plant and little else. The corner Scallop is drawn for that spot: two straight sides sit flush where the walls meet, so no rug is wasted behind the furniture, while the scalloped edges face the room and soften the boundary rather than ruling a line across it.

It suits a reading nook, a window seat, the inside angle of an L-shaped sectional, a banquette, or a child's play corner, anywhere two sides are already framed and the rest is open floor. Because the outline is irregular, the rug reads as a deliberate object rather than something trimmed to fit.
