A square gives this striped rug a balanced footprint, Interval's offset columns of stacked bars filling an even shape that suits a square room, a reading nook, or a centered seating group. In the warm Multicolor colorway, rust and terracotta hold the field while cream and a muted sage green keep the pattern open, and the same bars run tone on tone in Blue, Green, and Red. Designed in New York and hand-knotted in Bhadohi, India, it is made from dense 100% New Zealand wool with a 0.5 inch pile, a firm low surface that keeps the bar edges sharp from corner to corner. It is made to order in the dimensions your space needs, and in any of over 1,200 wool colors, so a small square can anchor a chair and a large one can ground a full room. Each rug is ready in 5 to 6 weeks and ships free worldwide, duties included.

New Zealand wool is naturally stain-resistant and springs back underfoot — footprints and furniture marks lift rather than settling in. Care: Shedding is normal and will lessen with use. Vacuum regularly on a high-pile setting. Clip loose ends with scissors (do not pull). Rotate periodically for even wear. Blot spills immediately with a clean, white cloth (do not rub). Professional cleaning recommended.
