How Can I Customize a Rug?
You can customize your rug's size, shape, colors, and technique. Use our online customizer to visualize your favorite designs in your preferred palette, or work directly with us to create something tailored to your space. All of our custom rugs are handcrafted to order.
Can I Turn My Design Into a Rug?
Yes. Whether it's a sketch, logo, or pattern, we can translate it into a hand-tufted, hand-loomed, or hand-knotted rug. Start by reaching out through our Bespoke Rug Services page and we'll walk you through the process.
Can I Commission an Original Rug Design?
Absolutely. We regularly design original, one-of-a-kind rugs for homes, retail spaces, galleries, and events. If you'd like something entirely new, our team can create a concept just for you. Learn more about our Bespoke Rug Services or Custom Rugs for Businesses.
Can I Order Color Samples?
Yes, two ways. A rug swatch is a 12 × 12 in. sample of a specific design and colorway, $95 each, and up to three are credited toward a rug order within 90 days. The Jubi Wool Palette holds all 55 Customizer colors in one hand-tufted piece and is lent against a fully refundable $150 deposit, so you can check the wools in your own light. Order both at samples.shop-jubi.com. For a bespoke or trade project that needs a larger, project-specific sample, ask the studio about a strike-off.
What Size Rug Do I Need?
As a general rule, your rug should be large enough to anchor the furniture in a room — in a living room, all front legs on the rug is a good starting point. For dining spaces, the rug should extend at least 24 inches beyond the table on all sides so chairs remain on the rug when pulled out. Can I Request a Custom Size or Shape?

How Long Do Custom Rugs Take?
Production time depends on the construction: hand-tufted rugs are made in 3–4 weeks; hand-knotted, hand-loomed and hand-woven rugs in 6–7 weeks. Shipping takes about a week more. The product page shows the estimated arrival for the size you choose.
