Breakline is a geometric rug caught mid-dissolve: a checkerboard softened into stacks of fine broken lines, the columns slipping a half step so the grid ripples across a tonal field. In the Jubi Customizer you start from the Blue colorway, enter exact dimensions down to the inch, choose a shape, and set the palette with custom colors for both layers, the pattern and the ground. Drawn as a repeat, the design adds blocks rather than enlarging them. A runner carries a few columns of loosened checks; a 10 by 14 carries many more, still fine enough to read as texture. Arch, corner, rectangle, round, oval, and runner are built in. Fifty-five colors are curated for online customization, and more than 3,000 are available through the studio.
Designed in New York and hand-tufted in Bhadohi, India, it is made from 100% New Zealand wool with a 0.75 inch pile, plush and cushioned under the broken lines. Production takes 2 to 3 weeks, and it ships free worldwide, duties included.
