Customizable Burst Hand-Tufted Wool Rug

Burst is a scalloped rug of concentric rings rippling outward from a central bloom, each wave echoed by the scalloped outer edge so the motion runs clear to the perimeter with no corner to stop it. In the Jubi Customizer you enter exact dimensions down to the inch, choose the shape, and set the palette, with custom colors for every part of the design. The design responds to the numbers you give it: the rings keep their stride and the bloom stays centered, so a larger rug gains another ring rather than a wider one, and the outline scallops along whichever ring meets the edge. Fifty-five colors are curated for online customization, and more than 3,000 are available through the studio.

Designed in New York and hand-tufted in Bhadohi, India, it is made from 100% New Zealand wool with a 0.75 inch pile, sheared and carved by hand so each ring stands in soft relief. Production takes 2 to 3 weeks, and it ships free worldwide, duties included.
