Customizable Large Checkered Hand-Tufted Wool Rug

Large Checkered is a checkered rug that takes the squares up in size until the pattern turns calm, two tones alternating in a grid open enough never to crowd the eye. In the Jubi Customizer you start from the Black and White colorway, enter exact dimensions down to the inch, choose the shape, and color Check 1 and Check 2 in custom colors. The squares hold their size as the rug grows and more of them fill the field, so a 5 by 8 and a 12 by 15 carry the same scale of check. Rectangle, square, runner, round, oval, arch, and corner are built in. Fifty-five colors are curated for online customization, and more than 3,000 are available through the studio.

Designed in New York and hand-tufted in Bhadohi, India, it is made from 100% New Zealand wool with a 0.75 inch pile, sheared level so the edge between the tones stays crisp. Production takes 2 to 3 weeks, and it ships free worldwide, duties included.
