Masonry is a geometric wool rug of small raised squares laid in courses within a recessed grid, the way brick sits in mortar. In the Jubi Customizer you start from the Petrol colorway, then enter the rug's exact dimensions, choose its shape, and pick custom colors for the three parts of the design yourself: the ground and the two families of tiles. The design responds as you work. Give it new dimensions and the courses re-flow to fill them, so a 4 by 6 and a 10 by 14 carry the same size of square rather than a larger one. Rectangle, square, runner, round, oval, arch, and corner are all built in. Fifty-five colors are curated for online customization, and more than 3,000 are available through the studio.
Designed in New York and hand-tufted in Bhadohi, India, it is made from 100% New Zealand wool with a 0.75 inch pile that lifts each square above the grid. Production takes 2 to 3 weeks, and it ships free worldwide, duties included.
