Customizable Zen Garden Hand-Tufted Wool Rug

Zen Garden is a scalloped rug of concentric rounded rings carved into a single color of wool, following the softened outline inward to a plain center. Only the shadow each ring casts on the next separates them. In the Jubi Customizer you start from the Sage colorway, enter exact dimensions down to the inch, choose the shape, and set the single wool layer it is carved from, in custom colors. Rectangle, square, runner, and oval are built in. New dimensions keep the rings at their width while the center takes the difference, so a runner reads as a long raked path and a square as a settled pool. Fifty-five colors are curated for online customization, and more than 3,000 are available through the studio.

Designed in New York and hand-tufted in Bhadohi, India, it is made from 100% New Zealand wool with a 0.75 inch pile, carved by hand so the rings stand in soft relief. Production takes 2 to 3 weeks, and it ships free worldwide, duties included.
