If you have a design concept — a pattern, a palette, a reference image, a mood — our studio develops it into a production-ready design and produces it in handwoven wool. We work with interior designers, architects, and individual clients who want a floor covering that exists nowhere else. The brief can be as defined or as open as you bring it: some clients arrive with a fully specified design; others arrive with a room and a direction.

Custom Dimensions and Non-Standard Shapes

Stairs, alcoves, L-shaped rooms, rooms with architectural irregularities, spaces where standard rectangles don't work — bespoke handles any footprint. We produce rugs in custom dimensions without upper limits, irregular silhouettes cut to your floor plan, shaped perimeters to suit architectural features, and stair runners in non-standard widths and lengths. How the Bespoke Process Works

Every bespoke engagement begins with a conversation. You tell us about the space, the brief, the timeline, and the budget. We confirm what's achievable, outline the design process, and provide a production estimate. From there, the process is collaborative: design development rounds, material and colorway samples where relevant, production, quality review, and delivery.

Lead times vary by project complexity. Straightforward commissions — a custom size and color outside the customizer's range, or a design modification to an existing piece — typically complete in 8–10 weeks. Original design commissions with multiple development rounds require more time, typically 12–16 weeks. Large commercial installations are scoped individually. All lead times are confirmed before production begins.

Both methods involve genuine craft: in hand-knotting, each knot is tied individually by hand; in hand-tufting, each tuft is set by an artisan working across the design with precision and skill developed over years of practice.
