How long does a custom order take?
Standard made-to-order rugs from our collection ship in 3-6 weeks depending on technique. Fully custom projects vary based on scope, sampling, design revisions, and production complexity. Your trade concierge will walk you through expected timelines once we understand your project.
Can I place orders and ship directly to my client?
Yes. You can ship to any address at checkout. Trade pricing is applied to your account and is not visible on packing slips or invoices sent with the order.

What is the return policy for trade orders?
Standard collection rugs can be returned within 30 days in original condition. Custom orders — including modified sizes, colors, or bespoke designs — are final sale. We recommend requesting samples before committing to custom specifications.
