New Zealand wool is naturally stain-resistant and springs back underfoot — footprints and furniture marks lift rather than settling in. It also takes dye deeply, which is what gives the colors their depth. Some initial shedding is normal and settles within the first few weeks. Why New Zealand wool →

Care: Shedding is normal and will lessen over time. Vacuum regularly with the beater bar set to the highest setting. If loose ends appear, clip with scissors (do not pull). Rotate periodically for even wear. Blot spills with a clean, white cloth (do not rub). Professional cleaning only. See our rug care guide for more tips.

Shipping: Tufted rugs are handmade to order and typically take 2–3 weeks to produce and dispatch. Once shipped, delivery takes 3–5 business days via DHL Express. We offer complimentary worldwide shipping on all rugs.

Yes. Every design is available in custom sizes and a curated range of wool colorways through our online customizer, or contact our studio for exact dimensions and access to over 1,200 wool colors.

When will my rug ship?

Tufted rugs ship in 2 to 3 weeks. Every rug is handmade to order.

What is the return policy?

Rugs ordered in standard sizes and colorways as shown on our product pages are eligible for return within 15 days of delivery in original condition. Rugs ordered with any customization are final sale.

Are shipping and duties included?

Yes. All rugs ship free worldwide with all duties and tariffs included.

Will my rug look exactly like the photos?

Every rug is handmade, so slight variations in color and texture are natural. Screen settings can also affect how colors appear. Order a sample to see the color and feel the wool in your space.

Placing a Floral Rug With an Irregular Shape

A floral rug carries a softness that a geometric one does not, and Floral Lagoon leans into that by abandoning the rectangle entirely. The pebble-shaped outline has no corners to align to furniture, so it asks to be floated rather than framed: set it under a coffee table where the curved edge can breathe on every side, or let it spill from beneath the foot of a bed so the bloom reads as you cross the room. Because the form is fluid, it pairs naturally with rounded seating, low modern profiles, and rooms that already feel a little relaxed.

Hand-tufting is what allows the single bloom to stand apart from its ground. Working from the back of a stretched canvas, artisans in Bhadohi set New Zealand wool through the foundation by hand, then carve and shear the surface so the petals lift in soft relief, a depth a flat weave cannot hold.
