Because each rug is handmade, subtle differences in pattern, texture, or size (up to 0.5") are normal — and part of what makes yours truly one of a kind. The design will also be proportionally scaled to your selected size to ensure it looks balanced and beautiful in any dimension.

All Jubi rugs are made to order. Production typically takes 2–3 weeks for tufted rugs, followed by 5–7 days for shipping. You’ll receive updates at every step of the process.

Our rugs are returnable within 5 days of delivery, subject to a 15% restocking fee. Custom orders, however, are non-returnable. Please review our full Return Policy for details.
