Our rugs are handcrafted using premium New Zealand wool and traditional techniques, with careful attention to detail every step of the way.
Production Time
Once your design is finalized, we move directly into production.
- Tufted Rugs: 2–3 weeks to dispatch
- Knotted, Loomed, Shag, Woven, and Oushak Rugs: 5–6 weeks to dispatch
These timeframes include dyeing, preparation, and handcrafting by our skilled artisans.
Shipping Time
All rugs ship via DHL Express, which typically takes around 5 business days.
