  • Shipping: Tufted rugs are handmade to order and typically take 2–3 weeks to produce and dispatch. Once shipped, delivery takes 3–5 business days via DHL Express. We offer complimentary worldwide shipping on all rugs.

When will my rug ship?

Tufted rugs ship in 2 to 3 weeks. Every rug is handmade to order.

What is the return policy?

Rugs ordered in standard sizes and colorways as shown on our product pages are eligible for return within 15 days of delivery in original condition. Rugs ordered with any customization are final sale.

Are shipping and duties included?

Yes. All rugs ship free worldwide with all duties and tariffs included.

Will my rug look exactly like the photos?

Every rug is handmade, so slight variations in color and texture are natural. Screen settings can also affect how colors appear. If accuracy matters, request a swatch before ordering

How a Botanical Floral Rug Anchors a Living Room

A floral rug does not have to mean a scattered field of blooms. Fronda takes the opposite path, magnifying one frond until its veined structure becomes the entire composition, which makes it read as botanical and graphic at once. Where a repeating print fills the floor evenly, this gives a room a single focal form large enough to ground the seating and calm enough to let the furniture breathe. Float it under a coffee table so the scalloped edge spills past the frame, or set it in an entry where the leaf greets the room first. The rust and cream palette grounds it in natural tones that pair easily with raw wood, linen, and low modern seating.

Hand-tufting gives the leaf its dimension. Working from the back of a stretched canvas, artisans in Bhadohi set New Zealand wool through the foundation by hand, then carve and shear the pile so the central spine and feathered veins rise in relief. That carved depth is difficult to reach in a flat weave, which is why the technique suits a design built on a single sculptural form.
