Can I Turn My Design Into a Rug?

Can I Commission an Original Rug Design?

Can I Order Color Samples?
Yes. We offer wool color samples so you can see exactly how a shade will look in your space before committing to a custom order. Contact us at hello@shop-jubi.com to request color samples and we'll guide you through the available options.
What Size Rug Do I Need?
As a general rule, your rug should be large enough to anchor the furniture in a room — in a living room, all front legs on the rug is a good starting point. For dining spaces, the rug should extend at least 24 inches beyond the table on all sides so chairs remain on the rug when pulled out. If you're unsure, reach out at hello@shop-jubi.com and we're happy to advise based on your floor plan.
Do You Offer Samples?
Yes. We offer small rug samples so you can preview the quality, texture, and colors before placing a custom order. A refundable deposit applies. Contact us at hello@shop-jubi.com for availability and next steps.
Can I Request a Custom Size or Shape?

How Long Do Custom Rugs Take?
Production times depend on the technique. Hand-tufted rugs ship within 3 weeks; hand-knotted, hand-loomed, and all other styles ship within 6 weeks. Once your rug is complete, shipping typically takes 3–7 business days. We'll confirm your timeline when you place your order.
