What can I customize in the Jubi Customizer?

Exact dimensions, shape, and palette. As you change the dimensions or shape, the design adjusts to the proportions you select.

Can I enter exact dimensions?

Yes. Enter dimensions down to the inch rather than choosing only from standard rug sizes.

Can I request a color that isn’t shown?

Yes. The Customizer includes 55 colors curated for online customization, with more than 3,000 wool colors available through the studio.

Can I see colors or samples before ordering?

Yes. A rug swatch is a 12 × 12 in. sample of a specific design and colorway, $95 each, and up to three are credited toward a rug order within 90 days. The Jubi Wool Palette holds all 55 Customizer colors and is lent against a fully refundable $150 deposit, so you can check the wools in your own light. Order both at samples.shop-jubi.com.

How long does a customized rug take?

Tufted rugs typically take 3–4 weeks, while hand-knotted and hand-loomed or woven rugs typically take 6–7 weeks. Timing may vary for especially large or complex pieces.

Are customized rugs returnable?

Customized rugs are made to your selected dimensions, shape, and palette and are final sale. If you’d like to confirm color or construction before ordering, wool poms and rug samples are available through the studio.

Custom Rugs in Your Size, Shape, and Colors

Every rug here is an original Jubi design that can be made for your room. Open a design in the Jubi Customizer, enter the exact dimensions down to the inch, choose the shape, and set the palette layer by layer. Fifty-five wool colors are curated for online customization, and more than 3,000 are available through the studio when a project needs a specific match. The design responds as you work: checks multiply, borders hold their width, and a motif re-centers itself in a round or a runner, so the rug you see is the rug that gets made.

Size is only the first decision. The colors are yours as well, which is how one design can sit in a pale room and a saturated one and belong in both. Each design opens on a starting colorway, a resolved place to begin, and any layer can be changed from there.

Designed in New York and handwoven to order in our Bhadohi studio from 100% New Zealand wool. Hand-tufted designs take 3 to 4 weeks in production; hand-knotted, hand-loomed, and hand-woven designs take 6 to 7. Shipping is free worldwide, duties included.
