When will my rug ship?
Shag rugs ship in 5 to 6 weeks. Every rug is handmade to order.
What is the return policy?
Rugs ordered in standard sizes and colorways as shown on our product pages are eligible for return within 15 days of delivery in original condition. Rugs ordered with any customization are final sale.
Are shipping and duties included?
Yes. All rugs ship free worldwide with all duties and tariffs included.
Will my rug look exactly like the photos?
Every rug is handmade, so slight variations in color and texture are natural. Screen settings can also affect how colors appear. Order a sample to see the color and feel the wool in your space.
Blue on the floor behaves like distance. The eye reads cool colors as further away, which is why a blue rug tends to make a room feel wider than a warm one of the same value, and why it works so well in spaces that are short on square footage rather than short on light.
