When will my rug ship?
Shag rugs ship in 5 to 6 weeks. Every rug is handmade to order.
What is the return policy?
Rugs ordered in standard sizes and colorways as shown on our product pages are eligible for return within 15 days of delivery in original condition. Rugs ordered with any customization are final sale.

Will my rug look exactly like the photos?
Every rug is handmade, so slight variations in color and texture are natural. Screen settings can also affect how colors appear. Order a sample to see the color and feel the wool in your space.
Taupe is the most adaptable of the neutrals because it refuses to commit. It carries enough brown to feel warm beside oak, leather and rattan, and enough grey to hold its own against concrete, steel and cool white walls. That makes it the safest starting point when the rest of a room is still undecided, and the least likely to look dated once it is finished.
On a shag, that adaptability gains depth. The pile is long enough that the surface shows several values of the tone at once, so the floor has something to look at up close while still reading as one calm field from across the room. It hides everyday marks better than a pale neutral and shows less lint than a dark one.
Each rug is knotted by hand in Bhadohi around a cotton foundation, with the pile left long and dense so it stands rather than lies.
