When will my rug ship?
Shag rugs ship in 5 to 6 weeks. Every rug is handmade to order.
What is the return policy?
Rugs ordered in standard sizes and colorways as shown on our product pages are eligible for return within 15 days of delivery in original condition. Rugs ordered with any customization are final sale.

Will my rug look exactly like the photos?
Every rug is handmade, so slight variations in color and texture are natural. Screen settings can also affect how colors appear. Order a sample to see the color and feel the wool in your space.
Olive behaves less like a color than like a material. It has the brown and grey of dry grass and weathered canvas in it, which is why the eye files it with leather, oak and unbleached linen rather than with brighter greens, and why it can cover a large floor without taking over the room.
It is also one of the few strong colors that works in both directions. Against cream, cane and pale wood it reads relaxed and outdoorsy. Against charcoal, black and brass it turns sharper and more tailored. Beside terracotta and rust it does something particular, each color deepening the other.
The depth comes from how it is made. Each knot is tied by hand around a cotton foundation in Bhadohi and the pile is left long, which uses far more wool than a short weave and is the reason a single dye lot shows this much range.
