Shag rugs ship in 5 to 6 weeks. Every rug is handmade to order.
What is the return policy?
Rugs ordered in standard sizes and colorways as shown on our product pages are eligible for return within 15 days of delivery in original condition. Rugs ordered with any customization are final sale.

Will my rug look exactly like the photos?
Every rug is handmade, so slight variations in color and texture are natural. Screen settings can also affect how colors appear. Order a sample to see the color and feel the wool in your space.
Yellow is the color people most often want and most often hesitate over, and the hesitation is usually about brightness. A muted, wheat-leaning yellow avoids that, and a deep pile mutes it further, because most of the surface you see is shadow between strands rather than the dye itself.
It does its best work in rooms that need warmth rather than color: a north-facing study, a hallway with no natural light, a bedroom with pale walls. It sits comfortably with cream, oak and rattan, and it turns unexpectedly modern against charcoal and black. In a child's room it reads cheerful without going primary.
Each rug is tied knot by knot around a cotton foundation in Bhadohi, then left long rather than clipped short.
