When will my rug ship?
Shag rugs ship in 5 to 6 weeks. Every rug is handmade to order.
What is the return policy?
Rugs ordered in standard sizes and colorways as shown on our product pages are eligible for return within 15 days of delivery in original condition. Rugs ordered with any customization are final sale.

Will my rug look exactly like the photos?
Every rug is handmade, so slight variations in color and texture are natural. Screen settings can also affect how colors appear. Order a sample to see the color and feel the wool in your space.
A strong color on the floor behaves differently than the same color on a wall. The floor is seen at an angle and mostly in shadow, which mutes it, and furniture covers a good share of it. That is why a burnt orange rug tends to read warmer and calmer in a finished room than it does in a photograph, and why it can carry more saturation than people expect.
Depth of pile helps further. Because the wool is long, the color arrives in two registers at once, bright where light hits the tips and deep where it falls between them. A room reads that as richness rather than intensity. It sits naturally with cream, oak, walnut and unbleached linen, and it holds up against deeper greens and browns without fighting them.
